Thank you for your question and I am sorry to hear of your lipoma formation issues. Unfortunately there is no conservative way to reduce or prevent the formation of future lipomas as the only definitive treatment is to have them surgically removed.
You likely suffer from familial multiple lipomatosis- a genetic predisposition to forming multiple lipomas across the body. Unfortunately there is no known cure other than excision through liposuction or excision of the lipomas one at a time as they arise.I recommend you try to form a good relationship with a compassionate board certified plastic surgeon in your area who can assist you with your excisions over the course of your lifetime. Thank you for your question and photograph. As you appear to be in very good shape the lipoma may be twitching due to a spasm of your underlying pectoralis muscle. This should resolve on its own like the random eye twitch that we have all experienced. Hope this helps.
