Answer: PRP does not speed up hair growth. There is no such thing as stem cell injections as of 2016.
At 15 days there's no reason why you shouldn't use a warm towel. Your transplanted hair should begin falling any day now, and will should finish shedding within a few weeks after that. Then in several months you should see them starting to grow again!
