I see one photograph image view of the scar through your eyebrow. A second view would be helpful in assessing your situation. The indentation of the scar may necessitate 2 procedures. My approach may include a scar revision to improve indentation if cosmetically necessary, followed by transplantation into the brow to replace the missing eyebrow hairs. Eyebrow transplantation is a very precise procedure and should not be entered into lightly. Before transplanting hair into the eyebrow area I would first work on trying to get your scar revised even if it sacrifices some existing eyebrow hairs. A flap of expanded forehead skin from above could be brought down to create a more even contour of relatively normal looking forehead skin into which eyebrow transplants can be transplanted into the skin at the proper angle.
