Can Biofibre be used as hair transplant for eyebrows?

In theory, you can use synthetic hair.  However it is banned in the U.S.  It can look great but there are potential risks and dangers which may be unacceptable.   

They are not FDA approved to be used in US.  They are used in other countries.  I personally have seen severe reaction after this procedure that we had to remove all implanted fibers to minimize the inflammatory reaction.
