A life changing procedure

At 37 years of age, I have been experiencing hair fall and thinning for the last five years. Now, only 4 months after my surgery, I have regained my lost confidence. The Biggest Mistake of my Life

It's been a few years since I visited the clinic. Since day one I knew something went wrong : the donor area was harvested unevenly (square shape) and the grafts were implanted to deep in the skin and going in the wrong direction (lot of them go 70 to 90° perpendicular from the skin and because they have been implanted too deep I have pitted scars so impossible to shave anymore)..
