i'm having problem of deep root of nose (deep nasion). and i don't want to have any surgery because of lack of time. i want to ask that if there is any natural way to elevate it (like yoga e.t.c.).

Fillers can help elevate depressed areas in the nose.Stretching, and exercises have not been shown to help.
