Liposuction would make such a great improvement and especially if done under tum. local with the smaller canulas. I would do the full abdomen and hips in 1 procedure and then a day or 2 later, do the thighs and knees in a 2nd one. Each would run roughly $7,000 and be so worth it and recovery would all be done together.

Based on your picture, you appear to have some skin laxity, which would make you a candidate for a tummy tuck. For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction, which can be performed at the same time as a tummy tuck, depending on skin laxity. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the most toned result. The major thing to decide about either Liposculpture or a Tummy Tuck is is due to muscle sepration. Liposculpture will not improve those. From the photos it appears that there may be some degree of abdominal buldging but not any significant skin laxity.  Liposuction that has been done for 30+ years removed fat throughout the entire area being treated. As opposed to that the new Liposculpture removes fat from very specific defined areas to show the underlying muscles and give a very youthful sculptured appearance. This  is done with the new  (PAL) Power assisted Liposuction.

I recommend a full tummy tuck combined with a full body contouring. I would suggest liposuction on your back and flanks as well if you want. You have choices, but definitely you must be evaluated first to accomplish what you wished. Consult with a certified plastic surgeon.

results, you have laxity on the abdomen area which only can be removed
with TT, also liposuction can improve your waist, back and flanks area.

Subcutaneous tissue or fat is removed in order to contour the body in a way that is harmonious and pleasing to the senses. It can be performed in almost all regions of the body such as the neck, chin, abdomen, back, buttocks, thighs, arms and ankles. It is important for you to wear your compression garment for at least 6 months, the first 3 months 24/7 and then the last 3 months at least 12 hours per day for your body get use to not having the faja for so many time.
