I’m not sure what to do. It’s been 7 months and I am not happy with the result. I like the upper pole fullness but I’m not happy about how they look. I want them to look more natural and symmetrical. Not so oblong looking, also don’t like the level of my nipples. Wanted more perkier look. There were no asymmetric issues prior to Surgery. Should I go smaller? Why hasn’t my right breast dropped. My left breast still has some dropping to do..
Answer: Breast revision Thank you for your question. The overall shape of your breast mound is excellent with regards to symmetry and shape. It appears that you most likely need to have a lift. It is not uncommon for surgeons to perform breast augmentation hoping that the implants will to fill up the tissue envelope. Many times, patients still need to have a lift. In your case, I would recommend a lollipop type lift. You should be able to have an excellent result with this. You should think of this is just finishing the procedure and not as a mistake or botched surgery. Best wishes to you.

Answer: Implants Your one nude photo is not the best to judge since it is taken at an angle. However, your implants are a little too large for your frame so they give the more crammed in and oblong look. Measurements are needed to see if you actually need a lift, or your implants are just sitting up too high because they are too large for your breast base. Your bra photos are not helpful to determine what is needed to be done.

Answer: Revision surgery Dear saweetpea, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals. Answer: You need to speak to your surgeon Thanks for the photos. It is very hard to comment without standardised images and before images. We don't know what size implants you have and where they were placed. At 7 months the implants should have settled into whatever position they were due to settle in. You should speak to your surgeon about your concerns as they are best placed to advise you.

Answer: 7 months post op, what can I do for right boob with no lower pole fullness? Hard to evaluate even with posted photos. Best to virtual or in person consult. I think revision surgery is needed. I might dpwnsize to 2 sizes smaller and possible lift or internal suture.
