Hello, I I had my breast augmentation approximately 6 months ago. I feel like my implants have dropped below the pocket or have fallen out of the pocket. They do not seem to be as full up top. My scars are also very visible as there really isn't a "crease". I have also noticed that when I flex my pectoral muscles there is a weird crease and my breasts almost looked deformed. Do you think my implants have fallen out of the pocket and need revised? Thank you.
Answer: Implants Yes, your implants are sitting a little too low. Your lower pocket can be tighten and raise the implants back to their normal position. Please do not go bigger, or you will be back where you started. You might even consider going a little smaller.

Answer: Revision surgery Dear JO1428, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals. Answer: Have my implants dropped below the pocket or fallen out of the pocket? (Photo) A full consultation would be necessary to get a proper diagnosis and to set up a treatment. It does appear that the fold is slightly disrupted and you may benefit from a revision.
