Upgraded my implants to 650cc uhp round 8 months PO. Now this is happening, not flexing just lifting arm. Implant isn't round but isnt hard and has movement. Dimpling and ridge present when arm is down too. Any idea what is happening? Did the implant rupture? Silicone. Thanks!
Answer: Breast Implant Rupture Thank you for your question. It is highly unlikely that the implant ruptured. Imaging such as MRI is best to determine this; however, it looks as though the implant is slightly below where the native breast met the chest wall also known as the inframammary fold. I would suggest seeing your plastic surgeon for further evaluation.

Answer: Implants It is very doubtful that you have a rupture. But, it appears that your lower fold was lowered to accommodate this size, or that this size implant is too large for your breast base and has slid down. Your inferior pocket can be tightened and I would suggest going with something smaller that fits your frame and tissue better.

Answer: Implant rupture Dear slvr2525, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.
