Is this possible to create an under boob crease as part of a revision surgery? (Photos)

Question

I had breast augmentation in December 2020 (Saline 250 ccs). I wanted a very modest natural breast augmentation tear drop shape. My concern with the results is that there is virtually NO underboob/inner crease. I previously did not have a crease either. Is this possible to create as part of a revision surgery or can I not achieve this because of anatomy (understand my breasts are spread apart). Would a larger implant help? I wouldn’t like that much more projection just a natural look.

breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery.Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size.While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals.

Time will probably give you what you want, but going larger will also stretch your tissue more and give more sagging.

Hi, you have a very nice and natural result which is what you wanted! The wish pics you show are of patients with much larger breasts.
It should be possible to create more of a crease with larger implants but then you run the risk of not looking natural!
Best to discuss with your surgeon.
