Hi ,5years ago I had a breast augmentation operation, I wear Mentor 375 moderate profile round prostheses. I have the scar underneath and on the chest in the photo I always saw that the implant was lower than the other just on the side of the scar. Now I am writing why I am worried, I notice my chest is deformed, my chest feels like it has been expelled outwards and with a kind of ball that I can touch, can someone tell me what is happening to me? Thanks and apologies for my bad english,

I would recommend removing the implants and allowing your tissues to rebound/recoil after having such stress under the excessively large implants for your frame. After 3 months, we would re-evaluate the tissues and see how much tissue excess there truly is. At this time, we could potentially...
I think you should be able to go smaller, 400-450 cc's, and have the outer pocket tightened internally. Your nipples look in good position and you may not need a lift. These are too large for your tissue and frame.
It probably will not make them go closer, especially if they are under the muscle. This is a nice size for you and 600-640 cc's will be too large and heavy for your frame and tissue. Please do not go that large. What you have looks good on you now.
