Breast deformity, 5 years post-op Mentor 375 moderate profile round - What are my options? (photos)

Hi ,5years ago I had a breast augmentation operation, I wear Mentor 375 moderate profile round prostheses. I have the scar underneath and on the chest in the photo I always saw that the implant was lower than the other just on the side of the scar. Now I am writing why I am worried, I notice my chest is deformed, my chest feels like it has been expelled outwards and with a kind of ball that I can touch, can someone tell me what is happening to me?
