The second picture is 7days post op. I’m not sure what is the dark spot close to the incision. It doesn’t hurt or anything. (Don’t pay attention to the red area, my skin reacted to the surgical tape)

It is difficult to determine just based on the pictures without a physical examination but you should follow up with your surgeon to address your concerns after your implant surgery.
I would say yes, but if you have a concern, you should bring the issue up to your surgeon. They have a better ability to evaluate your issues and make sure there are no acute problems than asking online sites like this one.
