5'2", weighing 115lbs. I do not plan on having kids anytime soon (5+ years). I am 32-34A bra size, I'm looking to be a big B or a small C. The doctor I went to suggested 400cc, after viewing before and after pictures of females with similar height + weight I think 400cc seem really huge for my body frame. I am now debating of getting 300-350cc, can any doctor on here suggest a different size based on my pictures? PLEASE HELP.
Answer: 350 CC implants It is impossible to tell from your photos which size implant will put you in the cup you desire. You should discuss your concerns with your surgeon. If you are not completely comfortable with the information you receive, get a second opinion. Spend the time now getting as much information as you can and talk with as many surgeons as you need so you are completely comfortable with your choices so you end up happy with the results. Best wishes.

Answer: Breasts implants size Dear Jessica, Thanks for posting your pictures, though, front and side views of fully exposed chest would have been helpful. From the limited view of the picture, you appear to be small A cup size. To become 34 full B cup size, you will need implants with volume of 300 cc, for 34 small A cup size 350 cc. You have to realize that not all results are the same, because experience, technical skills and aesthetic eye are critical for good outcome. So, do your due diligence carefully and choose your surgeon wisely. Always, consult with experienced board certified plastic surgeons who operate in accredited surgery center for your safety. Most importantly, check the before and after pictures in the photo gallery, to make sure that they are numerous, consistent and attractive with nice cleavage, perky, symmetrical and natural looking. Best of luck, Dr Widder

Answer: Sizing Thank you for your question. Sizing is best done in the office with the use of preoperative sizers and also 3-D imaging when available. In my office, every patient tries on different sizers until we figure out what size best works for her. I also perform measurements to give you a better idea of what size cup you would be with the implant in place. I also use complementary 3D imaging with Crisalix to give you a better idea of what you would look like with different implant sizes in place. It is hard to look at a picture and say whether a 350 would be better than a 400 as sizing is a very personal decision as what would make one patient happy might not make another patient happy. Breast augmentation is about trying to give you the appearance and body you want. Best to speak to a board certified plastic surgeon in person. All the best,

Answer: Breast augmentation, 300-350cc Hello and thank you for your question. The best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation. The size, profile, and shape of the implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall measurements, and soft tissue quality. This decision should be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you and your surgeon. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G. Reish, M.D. FACS Harvard-trained plastic surgeon

Answer: Choosing the right size breast implant for you A 300 to 350cc breast implant might be right for you. I recommend another in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I do this with my patients, we then look at pictures of women with similar measurements with different size breast implants. My patients tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size breast implant is right for them. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author
