I am one year post op from primary rhinoplasty. My nose was deprojected, tip lifted and refined, and hump removed. Now I have these sharp points and a visible separation in my tip. When I smile, the skin turns white where the sharp cartilages are. What can be done to fix this? Would a fascia graft be able to soften the edges? Or would I probably need a full revision surgery?
