Had a rhinoplasty in Seoul, currently have a Imm block ribgraft on my bridge. Told the doctor I only wished for a slight change nothing drastic, he advised on using rib graft. The doctor changed a lot. Some days the graft is just too visible. I was wondering if there is any hope of achieving something more similar to my previous look? I just want a cute flat nose. Is it possible to take out the ribgraft, and could I possibly have that flare back on my nostril? What changes could be done? Thanks!
