I had a composite graft from my ear placed in my right nostril almost 2 years ago to fix a collapsed nostril. I had hoped it would lower the rim as well because I had a lot of nostril show. While the front view looks better, the nostril still looks notched and gives me a harsh appearance. Can anymore be done when a composite graft has already been placed to soften the harsh notch look?
