Is there a recall on Style 20 (475cc) Natrelle silicone implants?

Style 20 Natrelle is a smooth round implant. Smooth implants have not been recalled. Some textured implants have been recalled.

The recent FDA requirement for Allergan to stop selling their macro- textured implants and expanders is not a recall. They are not recommending that patients with these devices in already have them automatically removed.  They just are not going to allow them to be used for now until more data is obtained.  In your case, a style 20 implant has a smooth shell (not a textured shell) so the FDA position does not have a bearing on you.  I hope this helps.
