Is this mild gynecomastia? (photos)

You might be having Gynecomastia as can be seen in one of your pictures. But it is better you meet a board certified plastic surgeon near you who can guide you further.

It is very common for men to want a chest/breast reduction and ask about their recovery and when they can start exercising after surgery. Some of your photos seem to suggest that you might have a developmental abnormality in your entire chest. One breast looks higher than the other. Also your chest bone looks like Pectus Excavatum. You might have a little gyno as well. You should go get a good consultation and might need a work up of your chest.

suntoucher. It appears from your photographs that you do have mild gynecomastia. The good news is that treatment can be accomplished with liposuction alone. Seek the advice of a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area to explore all options. Good luck.
