Thank you for the photos.Its hard to say if you are swollen but it is still possible to be swollen at 4 months.  From the photos, you look pretty good.

It is impossible to tell by this photo if there is excess glandular tissue or just fat.  The treatments are almost always the same, however.  Liposuction is performed and in most cases part of the gland is excised.  If the gland is not excised and it is a contributing factor you will be left wit...
