Over / under / hybrid placement Motiva Ergonomix - which one will look as natural as possible? (photos)

Thank you for your question and photos. All your wish pics seem to be under the muscle or at least hybrid placement. But in reality, you will have good results with all three options.
The only problem I see is that your wish pics did not have the same issues your breasts have now. They are all pretty straightforward breast augmentation but your breasts are asymmetrical, with a short and tight lower pole, and your nipple placement is low. Sometimes breast augmentation alone is not enough and a lift is necessary to correct these issues.
That said, using large implants can fill out the breasts and help avoid a lift plus using different size implants can help correct your asymmetry. Conclusion, if you want large breasts and you don’t want the extra scars, a dual plane technique (hybrid) with some drop and and different sizes 500cc / 550cc should be good enough!

I almost always place implants submuscular. It lowers the rate of capsular contracture significantly. In addition, it looks much more natural because the muscle provides covering over the implant so its not as round on the top. I've also noticed the implants drop less over time when they are protected under the muscle.

There are always differences on approaches. I agree with subglandular approach...that is fine.
I would consider a periareolar breast lift to reshape the breasts and elevate the nipple/areoal complex.
