I am 20 years old. I have one breast that did. not develop. The other side is a tuberous breast size B cup. I want to achieve symmetry and have a C cup on both sides. I don't have a nipple on the side that didn't develop. I have had 3 consultations and all doctors gave me different plans of action. What do I need? I would ideally like-to have symmetry a C cup on both sides, and smaller aureolas.

It does appear that there is some constriction of tissue around your nipples. This tissue needs to be released in order to make your breasts less tubular in shape. Once this is done, breast augmentation can be performed to increase the size of your breasts if desired.
