I had tuberous breast and surgery long time ago but shape is not right at the bottom. What can I do to improve on this can I do a fat transfer, does the constricted ring need to be released more, any other suggestions? The areola has also stretched and I would like to use permenant stiches to make smaller this time and hopefully hold shape
