Would lower blepharoplasty and Morpheus8 minimize the appearance of under eye wrinkles? (photos)

Wrinkles under the eye that are freestanding can be treated with laser or Morpheus. However, if they only come with smiling, then Botox is really the only treatment. Even if you do laser in the future, you have to keep up with the botox so that the wrinkles don't return.

You probably don't need a lower bleph based on these photos. I would make sure to regularly do botox/neurotoxin to this area (close to the lid and superficial to avoid hitting the smile muscle) as you said that this worsens when you smile. Secondarily, any kind of skincare improving like morpheus will help.
