Is ~2 weeks too early to get a chalazion? Can I get this extracted? (Photo)

I (27F) started developing what I think is a chalazion ~2 weeks ago after a sick friend accidentally spit in my eye while we were talking. I’ve been doing compress, steaming, massage, eye rinse, eyelid scrubs, and omega 3s, and the cyst has just gotten bigger. Now it is pressing on my eye so much that it is causing blurry vision and heavy discomfort and nausea. I know that doctors prefer to wait over 2 months to remove these, but is there any chance I can convince someone to extract this sooner?
