I had lower eyelid bleph with fat transfer under eyes with an oculoplastic surgeon . I dissolved the fillers and ended up with eyebags and hollowness which looked really bad . My doc recommended fat grafting and blepharoplasty. I I loved the results at first but now my eyebags and hollowness is back. I am disappointed and feel like my surgery failed . What can I do to improve ? I retain water with the filler but what other options do I have ? Thanks again
