I want to know if surgery is the best option. I'm a 29 year old male who's suffered with dark circles under my eyes for a long time. I don't really want to be applying make up all the time, and I'm not sure other methods like filling/laser seem worth it.

Answer: Eye Circles -- Fillers (Belotero, Volbella, Restylane Silk), Fraxel, Microneedling/PRP You have a few different options. Fillers, lasers, and microneedling/PRP can improve under eye circles.
