Answer: Best? Always difficult to state who is best.Impossible to accurately identify the criteria that would event contribute to an assessment such as this.The pursuit of the "one best" could lead to paralysis by analysis and the tyranny of perfectionism. Don't get me wrong, I am all for perusing perfectionism in my interactions with patients and in my surgeries but I have seen patients let this get in way of them efficiently proceeding down a path toward care from which they would benefit.Now that we got all of that philosophical stuff out of the way...I focus on rhinoplasty and nasal reconstruction for skin cancer and Mohs defects. I have believe I do both well and I have helped patients like you who have deformities of nasal shape after skin cancer reconstructions. These patients often benefit from rhinoplasty techniques. In fact just last week I did a case of this type.I would be glad to help you and I am close - Austin.
