From your photos, your tip is fairly full. I find that computer imaging with Vectra 3-D is very helpful in determoing if a tip plasty alone would give a nice result. Sometimes the entire nose needs to be addressed to get a balanced attractive result. You should be careful about shopping by price. You have one nose and should seek a specialist in rhinoplasty.

Though your nasal bones probably will not need to be broken you still need a full rhinoplasty to not only do the tip but also the midportion of the nose. My nasal-tip sculpting is detailed and complex, always with a keen eye towards natural beauty.  The nasal tip sits right in the middle of your face. A bulbous, globular nasal tip does not enhance femininity, and is often reflective of one's father's side of the family.  The goal is an understated, natural, sculpted nasal tip with beautiful tip-defining points and an exquisite profile. In my office, nasal tip surgery is always less expensive than a full rhinoplasty.
