What procedure is best to get rid of my arm fat? (photos)

I'm 24 years old 5'4" 150lbs I've always accumulated a lot of fat in my arms, and now that I had my second child and still 15-20lbs over my desired weight, their appearance really bother me. I'm still exercising, but even when I've been at my lowest weight(130lbs) my arms have looked the same. I really want to get rid of the arm fat but do I need arm lipo or one of these new procedures where they freeze the fat away?

Liposuction by an expert would be the best option. Your skin looks to be of good quality. Coolsculpting (fat freezing) would not be the best option in by opinion.

You appear to have some good skin tone so you will see a good result with liposuction.  I would consider adding a short scar brachioplasty where the scar is hidden in the armpit to allow for skin tightening and provide you with an even better result.

Based on your photos, I think you will see significant improvement with Smartlipo, which is laser assisted liposuction. The laser enhances the skin tightening effect of traditional liposuction. It also ruptures fat cells for easier removal and decreases swelling for a shorter recovery. Liposuction for excessive fat in the triceps area of the arms is going to be the best option if you have adequate skin tone. Local anesthesia liposuction of the arms if very safe and rewarding with one easy-recovery procedure vs. multiple sessions of freezing or heating the fat.

Hi, there. Based on your photos, you would benefit from liposuction of your arms.  Although arm lift (brachioplasty) combined with liposuction may also give you a great result, you will have a fairly long scar from elbow to the arm pit.  It would be best if you see a board-cerifited plastic surgeon who could examine you in person and give you the recommendation based on her/his examination. Hi libbiedgJust looking at your pics, I think that liposuction, perhaps with added laser would be the best option.  The other alternative treatment is a brachioplasty which involves removing skin as well as fat, and leaves scars.If your skin elasticity is good, you should get an excellent result without significant scars.  The brachioplasty is much more powerful at getting a cosmetic result, and therefore is usually used in more severe deformities.  The down sides are scarring and recovery.sek

The best way to determine which procedure will be best for you is to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon.  The amount of elasticity to your skin and how much excess skin you have will determine if liposuction alone will help the arm fat or whether you need a brachioplasty (arm lift).  Good luck!
