What is the best position to sleep on after hips and inner thighs liposuction? Today i just did the surgery and im at home now wondering what is the suitable position? ??

Only time will tell.  Normally it will improve but if it doesnt by around 6 months then I suggest you remove it surgically

Liposuction is never done on only the upper or only the lower abdomen. The full abdomen is from just under the breasts to just above the pubis area .
