The rhinoplasty procedure and the otoplasty procedure can be performed together under one anesthetic and one recovery period. The costs of both procedures are dependent upon time in the operating room, anesthesia, and surgeon's fee for performing the procedures.  The otoplasty procedure itself can be performed under local anesthesia, however a rhinoplasty procedure  is always performed under general anesthesia.
