If your ears stick out based on the view you have submitted yes conchal bowl reduction would be indicated because you have a well formed antihelical fold. If the ears do not stick out too much you need nothing.
Otoplasty is a general term for ear shaping. The chonchal bowl is the cup part of the ear. It is rarely actually too large and more often comes of the head at angle to make it look prominent. Many otoplasty techniques use a choncal bowl set back in which the bowl is not cut out, but settled into a nest on the side of the head. It is usually safe and effective.
It would be really helpful to see a photo of your front view to determine how much your ears do stick out. Conchal setback or conchal reduction is very helpful in cases where a deep conchal bowl causes the entire ear to protrude away form the head. If your ears are not prominent a conchal reduction would not be helpful for you. This procedure mainly places the ear closer to the head but does not change the actual size of the bowl, itself.
