I had otoplasty 4 days ago-my ears feel very swollen and they seem to bleed behind my ears quite a lot still...my surgeon told me to only put my headband on at night-but when I do it seems to make my ears bleed a little. I know the photo I have taken isn't very good but I can't get a good photo-but does the cartridge look normal?...I'm really worried something has gone wrong

If your ears stick out based on the view you have submitted yes conchal bowl reduction would be indicated because you have a well formed antihelical fold. If the ears do not stick out too much you need nothing.
