I have large ears. Is there any surgery to make them smaller but not otoplasty?

The surgery that i am want is to reduce the size of my ears including the earlobes and then the top part of my ear (the pinna),but i dont think they stick out so i dont want the otoplasty surgery is there any other surgery that can be offered

There are some surgical procedures that can make the ears smaller.  You would need to be examined to determine if you might be a good candidate for any of these procedures.

If an ear is protruding and it is pinned with an otoplasty, it always appears smaller. As you are of the opinion that your ears aren’t protruding and thus don’t need an otoplasty, big ears and earlobes can only be made smaller by surgical resection. However, this leaves visible scars behind.
