Can liposuction be performed with a mommy makeover? (Photo)

Question

I am wondering if some parts of the abdomen can be liposuctioned during a mommy makeover because I need a breast lift as well as excess flabby belly removed. However, I have a stubborn roll of fat directly under my breasts. Both in front and back.

The contouring of the front of the abdomen will require a full tummy tuck, which includes thinning the fat layers where need. Liposuction could be done on the sides and back, and this will greatly enhance the overall result.

You are absolutely right, liposculpting is a big part of abdominoplasty in order to shape the waist and the bra strap line. Unless you mange to lose 6-8 kg before the tummy so that the fat bulging deflates due to weightloss.Good luck with your journey

I think that liposuction can be performed with your desired Mommy Makeover. I almost always do this with every Mommy Makeover because the surgeon needs to consider this procedure as a three dimensional re contouring of your body. Without any liposuction, I think that you would be disappointed with the result. Please consult with a Board certified plastic surgeon in your area who can go over your best options with you.

I'd suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your concerns--it would definitely be best to understand your concerns first, and then tailor a surgical plan to address the specific areas.
Looking at your photos, an upper body lift (the combination of direct skin and fat excision from the back, and wrapped around into the breast crease as part of a breast lift) might be the best way to improve your upper torso. From the abdomen/trunk perspective, you have excess flank fat that could best be addressed by an extended abdominoplasty--an approach that is face-down first for direct excision and liposuction, and then transitioned to the standard tummy tuck incision on the front.

Liposuction can be performed during a mommy makeover. For your breasts, I recommend The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. At the same time, liposuction can be performed.
