The cause of your nasal indentation is unclear, if there was not a cyst, pimple, or other inflammation in the area. Depending on your examination, a few microdroplets of injectable silicone may lead to permanent improvement. Hope this helps! Dr Joseph

Looking at the picture the area can be addressed by the dermal fillers but the best assessment will be in person.
