I developed this dent on my nose. How do I fix it? (photo)

I have developed a dent on the tip of my nose. Before that I had had a circle in the middle of my head. It was odd it was perfectly circular and dented in the middle of my forehead it took 3 months to go away. I then developed this & 2 month later it has not gone away. My nose is sore on the left side (if you looking strait at the picture) and when I wear sunglasses. This soreness has just started occurring the past 2 weeks. I want to know if this has been seen before and what are my options.
