My smile lines are so uneven. When I smile, one side is different to the other and it makes me so insecure! (Photos)

Question

They are both different lines and they look weird since they are not the same and it makes me feel so insecure because I can't smile and look nice. Are there any natural ways or less extreme ways to get rid of them or correct them ( make them both look the same). Please anything other than Botox.

I recommend fillers for the folds themselves but also lifting around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, rf treatments, J Plasma and peels to get the most conservative natural look. Please see a facial sculpting expert. You are an excellent candidate for dermal filler in the nasolabial l folds (smile lines). Dermal filler will “plump up” the lines&mdash;and with adjusted amounts (less on one side), will create a more even, balanced, and natural smile. Dermal fillers (Restylane, Juvederm etc.) use hyaluronic acid (HA), a naturally occurring substance in the body to naturally fill depressed areas such as wrinkles, lines, or hollows. For longer lasting results, BellaFill, known as the “5-year filler,” will provide the same results, but is more expensive as it lasts significantly longer. There are many laser treatments which will soften lines, but fillers allow much more “control” when there is a facial imbalance. Best of luck on your journey!

I do see from the photo that you have a slight lack of symmetry in the area.  Many fillers are available these days that could greatly assist in evening the area.  Juvaderm Ultra Plus XC, and Juvaderm Vollure can both be used in this area to help even those lines and improve appearance.
