Your nose should not be difficult to address.
Reducing the cartilage framework under the skin surface is easy in
patients who have strong cartilage, and yours appears strong based on the visibility
of lateral aspect of the LLCs. (They need to be strong enough to support
the skin after being reduced in size - strut grafts may still be necessary if
they cannot be straightened by suture techniques.) The next difficulty to
overcome is the elasticity of skin, and yours looks favorable: you are young,
and younger skin has more elastic recoil (it can shrink down on the reduced
framework.) Additionally your skin does not appear particularly thick or
sebaceous, both of which would reduce the ability to shrink down.



Regarding cost, you will find published
numbers on the web, but a lot of those will only list the surgeon's fees.
My total cost for they type of rhinoplasty that I think you would desire
runs about $8,000.



I recommend you continue your search and visit
with a surgeon who is a member of the Rhinoplasty Society - these surgeons
particularly enjoy rhinonplasty surgery and will be able to help you.

Thanks for sending in your question and images. You could certainly consider nasal tip reduction. The procedure would involve cartilage reduction, suture narrowing, cartilage  repositioning and possible tip graft. Setting realistic expectations is very important in surgical planning.  Fees vary amongst surgeons a general range would be  from 7 to 12000.  Best of luck.  

Rhinoplasty surgery price varies based on many variables, but includes a surgeon's fee, anesthesiology fee, and a facility fee.   In many cases, they are bundled to provide a total cost which is  in line with what the other doctors suggested.  It is much more important that you obtain at least two consults from doctors who perform rhinoplasty regularly and can demonstrate their results with a nose that is similar to what you would like to see as your final result.  Once you have found the right doctor and his results, I would then consider how to manage the cost of surgery
