Hollow sound in breast after lift no implant

It is probably trapped air that hasn't been reabsorbed yet by your body. It's very common and nothing to worry about. However, let your surgeon know about it at your next post op appointment.My best,

Fluid noises, gurgling sounds, hollow sounds are normal early after surgery. Sore, soft or hard lumps or depression, these issues almost always resolve spontaneously. Thank you.

Hello dear, thanks for your question and provided information as well. What you are describing is quite commonly described after breast
surgery. The sensation of air trapped in the tissues is also commonly
described. However, any significant increase in swelling/size would be
of concern. But is always good to keep a closely communication with your PS. Good luck :)

There may be air in your breasts that hasn't resorbed yet following your surgery. There is also something called crepitance (air bubbles)in the skin that can result if you a pneumothorax. This is a more serious problem. I would follow up with your surgeon right away or if you have difficulty breathing go to the emergent help.
