I have been intensely working out for 6 weeks. I was doing some Ab work and felt a tug. I was thinking Pulled muscle next to my belly button. That was a Week Ago. Now I’m feeling Rolling Cramps or Contractions in my Abs whenever I’m out of a Waist Trainer....A Few Zingers. Thoughts? I look fine. I’ve been resting.
