The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.

In your case, the level of tuberous breast is mild. It is likely that a small aerial reduction/periareolar mastopexy in combination with fat grafting in the right places Can help you get much closer to your goals.

The nipple can be repositioned so as to improve its shape with minimal scarring, as well as using the mammary gland and fat you have to give it the best shape. The term 'constricted' should be a term relating to breasts that don't hang and in fact have a tight lower pole. Your breasts hang and have relative skin excess. Your breasts should be treated with a traditional lift, which can also reduce the size of your breasts.

You are a good candidate fir a lift either with or I without implants. The problem with the lift is the scars involved. Not sure if the scars would be worth it at your age.

tuberous breasts are not simply small or underdeveloped breasts. The appearance of the breast can range from mild to severe, and typical traits include: enlarged, puffy areola, rather wide spacing between the breasts, very little breast tissue, sagging, higher than normal inferior breast fold, and narrow base at the chest wall.The type of surgery best for you will depend on the severity of your condition.My preferred technique for tuberous breast correction involves a multistep procedure where the breast tissue is released in a radial pattern to prevent herniation into the areola and placement of a custom implant size is in the breast to allow appropriate expansion of the breast in the restricted dimensions. This can often be done in a single procedure but sometimes may require two surgeries.That said, it is best that you visit a board-certified plastic surgeon for an in person examination. You are an excellent candidate for a circum areolar mastopexy ,possibly combined with an internal absorbable mesh bra.

You do not really have tuberous breasts, but do have sagging which can be corrected with a lift. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon and discussing the lift.

I agree that you have slight tuberous breast. A lollipop mastopexy would reshape and raise the breasts while also reducing the size of your areolas. If you desire your breasts smaller, they may be reduced at the same time.

You will need a breast lift, probably internal mesh support as well. The shape of the incisions will be the anchor scar. No implant is needed though you may wish for some fat grafting to the upper pole.
