The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.

Thank you for your question. If 600g on each side will be removed, your breast might look small. Not excessively small but still smaller. Both possible procedures – breast reduction and breast lift will be performed by “inverted T” incision. However, in case of breast lift, the amount of removed tissue will be smaller. In your case you can achieve lifted, youthful look with breast lift.

Hello! You are a good candidate to do a breast lift without implants! We can use the lower portion of the breast to increase upper pole volume, lift the nipple and areola and reshape the breast for a youthful look. We would need a scar around the areola, a vertical an We could discuss the option of doing a technique where we don't do a horizontal scar.

Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You are a candidate for a breast lift or reduction. While insurance based reductions will need to meet certain criteria for the amount of tissue removed, you may have options outside this which will avoid a large volume reduction if you choose.

Hello Dear @teddybear111 thank you for your question and showing your pictures. You can carry out a surgical plan in which you have everything you need. These mammary changes are associated with weight variation, alterations in the elasticity and skin tone that influences changes in breast volume. From experience, I consider that is ideal to make a reduction in breast volume and an elevation to improve the shape and position of the breast. The scar can be varied, mostly the inverted T- shaped is used however in my experience of 21 years I have made a modification to improve the extension of the scar being the L shape. my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity.

Your breasts are too large and ptotic (sagging ) for your body frame .
You would certainly benefit from a breast reduction/lift.

I think you would do well with a lift or even a small reduction. I would not suggest removing 600 grams for that might take all of your breast tissue.
