When do Sculptra particles actually disappear?

It has been three months since one vial of sculptra to temple area. It burns and tingles and never stops. What is cause of this and what can be done? I was told told sculptra would be gone in a few weeks. What is the timeframe?

The Sculptra particles themselves are made of poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), which is biocompatible and biodegradable. Generally, Sculptra particles can take several months to completely dissolve, often around 6 to 24 months. The collagen that it helps to stimulate can last even longer, providing a more lasting result.
