Can I reduce my mentalis muscle (tip of chin)? (Photo)

When I feel my chin, the tip of the chin pad is very fleshy and moves. My bone is fine, but my chin pad makes my chin look portruded. Can this be fixed by simply removing the soft tissue? Or can the soft tissue not be moved??
