Hello Does The sientra "moderate plus" implant almost compare to the Natrelle Inspira "high profile " in diameter, projection, if the volume is manipulated . In other words can a sientra M+ equate to a inspira Full is the formulated chart # are similar. Will i have the same look with either or. My ps states he does not carry sientra High profile in his office? Because he says their shape is much like a grapefruit shape. So they don't offer High profile implants in their office. He says Sientra M+ and inspira Full profile are pretty much the same profile once the volume is adjusted . Is this true? Hope this makes sense. Thanks . Also can the breast pocket be created to have M+ implant sit high giving better upper pole? Thanks
