I truly hate the size of these and I know I want a reduction. Currently 485cc left and 415cc right dual plane HP. This next round im unsure if i should do dual plane or completely under the muscle. I do know I want moderate profile. I hate how i look from the side. I really want them out. Also the left side of my boob was like that before surgery. I’m left handed idk if that makes a diffrence in anything. Opinions please and Thankyou Not sure if i want to go to the same Dr or go to a different surgeon.

I would look at a few different factors to determine what you want to do. Based on the size implants you have, I assume that you had some pre-existing asymmetry when it came to the size of the breasts. With the current high profile implants, you're getting a lot more forward projection than a moderate profile implant would. With the moderate profile implant, you would get more upper pole fullness and less projection outward.
Since your pectoralis muscle has already been released from the chest wall, it would be difficult to transition away from the dual-plane pocket.
I'm not sure how long your implants have been in place, but the breast tissue and skin have been stretched out some by the 485cc/415cc implants. If you do decide to reduce the volume, I would recommend doing so only modestly. If you try to go down in size too much, you may have too much laxity and/or need a lift.

Sorry to learn you are unhappy with your result. An examination in person is necessary to properly evaluate you and make specific recommendations but your left breast demonstrates a waterfall deformity wherein your breast tissue is sliding off your implant. This is often corrected by converting your implant position from submuscular to subfascial (above the muscle).

Before your revision consultation do some research.  Look at photos of patients that were about your size/look prior to augmentation who had outcomes you like and bring those along.  Surgeons can't replicate others' results but it does give a starting point for what type and size implants may get you to where you want to be.
