Deflated 34 DD, wanting 34DDD/34F - What range silicone implant should I be considering? (Photos)

Question

Mom of 3 breast fed and deflated used to be 36dd but am a saggy and deflated 34dd. Looking to go up to a 34ddd/34f (somewhat "fake" look). Just trying to find what range of size cc to ask about at consultations. Ive heard wild ranges of sizes from differ docs in the past and chicken out of the surgery for lack of co after this. But i want to do it and need a guiding hand. I also weight train and would like to know if i should be going under or over the muscle?

Based on your frame and to be confirmed with measurements and in office trial sizing, in my experience, would estimate 600-650cc or larger to achieve your goals. Saline implants can be larger and will give a more fake, fuller upper pole look.

Choosing the right size and profile breast implants for you.; Under muscle for a natural look. I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size breast implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes.
