BA results - would a revision help pocket asymmetry? (Photo)

Hi Doctors! I got my BA about 11 months ago and I am very happy with the size. However, I had natural asymmetry before as seen in my before picture, and this resulted in a lot more upper pole on my left side. It didn't bother me at first but I now know it's likely my left will not drop further and I don't love the idea of having more upper pole on one side as I find it noticeable in clothing. In your opinion, what are my options here? Would love to hear thoughts. Thank you!
