I've posted a question about this before, but didn't include pictures. A lot of the responses replied about me being too young. Okay. I get that. But, I feel like Im 28 and look 40, because of this early sagging. Do you think I could get a neck lift?
Answer: Neck options From your photos, you appear to be a much better candidate for less invasive procedures than a necklift to improve your appearance. I would consider Botox as a first step and possibly some fillers along the jawline to tighten this area up. You can certainly find someone who will take your money and promise you what you want to hear, but be very cautious before heading down that road.

Answer: Skin Tightening -- VASER Hi-Definition Liposuction, ThermiRF, Renuvion, Thermage, Ultherapy, Novathreads / Instalift, BodyTite "These are all natural parts of the aging process. What we can do is try preventative treatments or get a neck lift / face lift earlier in the aging process. There are numerous non-surgical options available, and some can be used in combination to get best outcomes, but you would need a consultation with an expert. Some options for skin tightening include: - Thermage radiofrequency to heat the skin, tighten it over time, and prevent the aging process - Ultherapy high-intensity ultrasound to contract the muscle, tighten the face and neck, and prevent the aging process - PDO NovaThreads or InstaLift threads for immediate lifting without surgery and long-term collagen production - Sculptra injections for collagen production to areas of the face and neck with crepey skin or early sagging - BTL Exilis Ultra, Venus Legacy, and Thermi250 for monthly collagen stimulation with facials - ThermiRF, Renuvion (J Plasma), or Inmode BodyTite for internal heating and tightening with or without surgery - Fillers (or facial implants) to contour the jawline and chin to improve the appearance of the neck - Face lift / neck lift with fat grafting and fillers if you need a significant improvement I would suggest getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer"

Answer: Concerned About the Appearance of Her Neck at Age 28 It's hard to confirm if a #neck lift would be the #solution based on the photos alone. You may benefit from non-surgical treatments. I suggest consulting with a board-certified plastic surgeon to learn if you a are indeed an #candidate and also more about the #options available and which of those may be best for you.

Answer: Mini neck lift Using small incisions camouflaged around your ears, the neck skin can be pulled laterally and tightened to smooth out your skin.
